Walking is simply strolling around your workplace or community in a relaxed manner and is usually less than 5 kilometres. With trekking, you walk in a not-so relaxed and leisurely pace for long distances, typically outside your city. However, you the trail you take might not be challenging.
Day and Night Hikes
Day hikes are the most common hikes. They are safe and relatively easy when compared to other types of hikes. As a beginner, these hikes are perfect for you to learn and build your skills. If you’re more experienced you may want to gauge your skills and build you confidence by taking the overnight trips. However, take all precautionary measures for your safety.
